Marge brings over 35 years of real estate appraisal and marketing experience to help her clients make educated real estate decisions. When moving from New York to Charlotte County Florida in 2018, she brought her years of experience to the Charlotte County Appraiser’s Office as an appraiser valuing residential and multifamily properties. The best part of her job was helping property owners understand the valuation process and helping them resolve problems by listening to their concerns and finding solutions. From a young age Marge’s father shared his passion and experience in finance, investments, and real estate. Today she enjoys sharing her real estate expertise and problem-solving skills to help her clients make informed real estate decisions. Whether you’re selling or buying, Marge covers all the bases of the transaction making the selling and buying process as smooth as possible. Other than real estate, Marge enjoys golf, baseball/softball, card making, visiting with family and friends, and supporting St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
